Dam: Aust Ch Weedram Solos Temptress
Bessen was
originally leased from our friend Faye Philp (her breeder) to
breed with our boy Sparky - Lumineux Live Wire, she came to stay
with us in 1997 and ended up staying for a couple of years before
going back to her breeder for short time. Bessen passed her
lovely character on to her puppies.
Update - Bessen has come back to live with us.
Seizured 18/3/2002, 2/4/2005, 6/11/05 BAD ONE (from which she
never fully recovered), 11/11/05 suspected?
Trying epilepsy medication -Nov 2005
Since approx July 2005 - has a head tilt which may be due to
senior vestibular syndrome or to a brain tumor which could be the
cause of the seizures. In Nov 2005 she was checked for injury to
spine (x-rays) ears were also checked, for possible middle ear
infection, they were clear.
Feb 2006 - Bessen's balance problems are getting worse, she has
now also lost the sight in one eye.
