Darcy
the only boy in his litter, lives in Victoria with his owners Sue
and John.
Two of his sisters live with us - Lumineux Starrfire and Lumineux Starrburst, another sister - Lumineux Ebonye Starr lives in NSW and his forth
sister - Lumineux Starrlight lives in Western Australia.
July 2006 - Darcy has a new Belgian Shepherd friend, Vicky - Lumineux Ebony Lace.

share this beautiful tribute to Darcy .....
Darcy was the brother of my girls Sparkle and Lia (sadly both
girls also passed away this year)
Today my beautiful boy Darcy passed away peacefully in my arms at
home after a short battle with lymphoma. He chose to go on his
terms to spare me the heartbreaking descision. He had
deteriorated quickly over the weekend. Darcy has been by soul
mate for 11 and a half years and has given me more than I could
ever imagine. He was my loyal friend, the keeper of my secrets,
my teacher and my guardian. Darcy made me laugh, cry and
sometimes pushed me to the limit!! He had a huge heart and was
loved by many, he made human friends on every walk, had his photo
taken by strangers and made strangers smile. His passing leaves a
huge hole in my life and my heart but I am so much richer for
having shared my life with him.
I am eternally grateful to Helene from Lumineux for entrusting me
with one of her family. Darcy, my love, thank you for all that
you gave me, even though we are now apart, you will always be
part of my soul. My dark, handsome boy safe journey until we meet
again love Mum and Vikki xxxx
PS All my pets have a song, Darcy's is "You are my sunshine,
my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are grey, you'll
never know dear how much I love you, please don't take my
sunshine away" Just after his diagnosis I had a permanent
reminder of Darcy put on my left wrist, the hand that held his
leash for over 11 years and closest to where the blood runs from
heart...
