Ruff was owned, loved and spoilt by his family whom we thank for giving him a good home and active and fun life.
Sept 2010. We were fortunate to be able to see Ruff again when he and Storm came for a few weeks holiday while his family were overseas.
Oct 2010. After consultation with 2 different vets, blood/urine tests - confirming a rapid and severe loss of vision due to cateracts in both eyes, which along with his arthritis and back pain, impacted his quality of life - Ruff had become bewildered and distressed, his family made the difficult decision to end his suffering.
